Faulty and Damaged Goods

I offer a no guibble guarantee if your goods are faulty or damaged on receipt.  Please inform me immediately and I will either replace the goods or give a full refund on return of the goods.

Unwanted Goods

All new goods are guaranteed and a full refund is given for items returned within 14 days provided they are returned in original condition with packaging and labels in-tact. I reserve the right to reduce the refund if the goods are not re-saleable as new or the return period has expired. The cost of any postage will be deducted from the refund price as postage has been paid to send the item out. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of faulty items.

Delivery

I will email you with delivery details when your goods have been dispatched. Usually within 3/5 working days.

Your item will need to be signed for on receipt from the courier company.
