I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

I collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

I will not e-mail you after your dispatch notiforcation email (unless there’s a problem with delivery or you have given me your consent.)

You will not receive any marketing emails from me or from another trader in the future.

The type of information I will collect about you includes:

• your name
• address
• email address
• These are only used for delivery purposes.

 I will never collect any debt/credit cards details from you.

(My payment server is 100% safe, to which I don’t have access to any records apart from those stated above)

I will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information I hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that I hold about you by emailing me. If you find any inaccuracies i will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which I hold will be held securely in accordance with my internal security policy and the law.

I do not intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area)

I may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to my site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
